HTML ColourTool is the inspired idea of Tom W. Keep <tkeep@mbnet.mb.ca>, who after drinking too much coffee and being exposed to the sun too much (must have been) came up with the idea of creating a program that allowed people designing World Wide Web pages a quick and easy way to set the background, text and various link colours in an HTML document. And HTML Colour Tool does exactly that; it allows you to select any colour from the standard ColourPicker dialogue box and return the HEX numbers associated with that specific color so that you can plug them into your HTML document. Version 2.0 now previews your colour selections on screen in a virtual Web Page so that you can see precisely how the colours are going to look on your finished page.
Ñ How do I use it?
Step 1: Launch the Application
Step 2: Select from the "Choose Colours" menu which TAG you want to change
Step 3: After you select the color the item should update on-screen with its new colour
Step 4: Modify all of the BODY attributes you want to until you get a nice looking page
Step 5: If you want to be able to "Export HTML Code", so you can copy out the full text string needed to make your WebPage look like the virtual one you just set up, you must register HTML ColourTool to recieve a password.
When you register, please send me your FULL name; i.e. what you intend to type into the Registration window, so I can generate the proper password.

I'm asking a small $10 U.S. for this program. Registering will allow you to use ALL of the features in HTML ColourTool and entitle you to a free update when the next version comes out. HTML ColourTool is eventually going to become a full-fledged HTML Editor with full WYSIWYG support. I have many new features already in the works and a nicer interface being designed, so registering now has its benefits before HTML ColourTool rises in price and possibly goes commercial. :) If you can't afford it, send me a postcard or something from where you live, I'd love to see where you're from.
